Silent Auction

You are invited to participate in our annual Silent Auction via donation of auction item(s), as well as bid on the items.

Welcome Donors: Items should be new or well cared for (as in cases of rare nature books, artwork and the like). Please contact Barbara Hoelscher in advance at 321-268-5888 to arrange receipt of your donated items. Your donation(s) can be acknowledged in writing by speaking with Barbara to arrange this.

Welcome Bidders: The Silent Auction will run during the Festival from 12:00pm on Thursday, Jan. 27 to an undisclosed time on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 30. Winners’ names will be posted at the Silent Auction booth after 4:30pm on Saturday. Winners may pick up their items Saturday, 4:30pm-7:00pm, and Sunday, 9:00am-3:00pm.
