You are cordially invited to participate in the 2017 Festival Silent Auction. We will gladly accept appropriate items for the Auction. Proceeds from the Silent Auction will be used to facilitate our "Giving Back to Conservation" donations as well as to benefit the Annual Festival.
DONATED ITEMS may be nature, environmental, birding or photography oriented. If unsure, we will gladly review your items for an acceptable category. Auction bidders may pay for and pick up their items from 3:00pm - 5:00pm on Saturday afternoon. Payment from winning bidders may be made by Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card or check (please provide a copy of drivers license if paying by check).
No Items will be mailed. Please check on your bid item and pick up on Saturday by 5:00pm. Any item not picked up by 5:00pm - the bid will be voided.
