Attendee Registration & Information

This year, $5 of your registration fee will be donated to the Fish and Wildlife Foundation of Florida in cooperation with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. This contribution will help provide the necessary funding for FWC staff and welltrained volunteers to continue shorebird conservation activities. Learn More...

Please read all information below carefully as some things have changed.

All registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and processed in the order in which received. Register early to avoid missing out on a favorite field trip, presentation or special activity. Submit one registration per person/attendee. Payment may be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. No debit or gift cards accepted.

If the activity you want is filled, you may indicate a 2nd choice or request to have your name placed on a waiting list for that activity by checking "Wait" on the registration form or by checking "Wait List" online. You must include your cell phone number for contact. First come, first served on all waiting lists. Wait List status does not imply that you are registered for an activity - DO NOT INCLUDE WAIT LIST EVENTS IN YOUR PAYMENT! Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Registration Fee

  • Full Festival Registration Fee is $85. This includes entrance to all afternoon socials (value $15 each) and as many $10 classroom sessions as you wish to attend from Wednesday through Saturday. Classrooms sessions will be first come first served.
  • A One-day Festival Registration Fee is $35.
  • Registration fee is FREE if you are under age 12 and accompanied by an adult.
  • You must register for the free activities listed on the registration form as participation is limited.
  • YOU MUST HAVE your Festival ID Lanyard for entrance into the socials and the classroom sessions, otherwise you will be asked to pay for entrance.
  • If you wish to pay as you go for individual classroom sessions and socials, you may pay at the time the activity takes place if space is available.
  • Entrance to the following areas is FREE: EXHIBIT CENTER, THE RAPTOR PROJECT (only 50 seats available for each show), THE SILENT AUCTION, THE ART SHOW (in Building 3 - center of Campus).
  • Watch the Festival web site for updates on activities that are filled, reopened, or cancelled.

Register by Mail or Fax

To register by mail or fax, download the registration form. Each person/attendee must register individually - make copies of the form as necessary. Please make a copy of your completed registration form for your own records. All registrations must be received by 5:00pm on January 15, 2016. After that date, you may register at the Festival for any activities that are available. Registration by mail or fax will be confirmed by email or fax. No confirmations will be made after 5:00pm on January 15, 2016.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations for the entire festival accepted by email ONLY through 5:00pm on December 31, 2015.
  • Cancellations made by 5:00pm on December 31, 2015 will receive a full refund less a $25 adminstration fee.
  • Cancellations made by 5:00pm on January 8, 2016 will receive a 50% refund less a $25 adminstration fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations after January 8, 2016 or for no-shows.
  • The Festival reserves the right to cancel an activity or substitute an activity when necessary. If an activity is cancelled, a refund will be given for that activity only.
  • All refunds will be processed by check within 30 - 60 days after the Festival.

Welcome bags and lanyards may be picked up at Festival Headquarters - Eastern Florida State College, Titusville - from 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. No changes in registrations can be made on that day. Welcome bags and lanyards will also be available for pick up each day at the Registration Desk. ( See google map)

The Brevard Nature Alliance/Space Coast Birding & Wildlife Festival is a 501 ( c ) 3 organization. The operation of the Space Coast Birding & Wildlife Festival each year is funded entirely through registration and activity fees, grants, sponsorships and community partnerships.
